Ari reaches for a mound of snow piled high, “this is my favorite thing that I’m going to mention, Mommy please pay close attention.” She cups the snow between her mittens and throws it up in the air. Then she sticks out her tongue to catch the snowflakes there. The snowflakes fall on her tongue, her nose and her hair. Ari and Mommy laugh a little. Mommy says, “You’re my favorite person with whom to giggle.”
