All transactions for digital products (PDF downloads, online content) are processed via PayPal or Stripe using SSL encryption. These gateways are safe and secure for all credit and debit card types. Your payment details are not stored during this process.
Win’s Books reserves the right to amend any information, including prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings, without prior notice.
Refund Policy — Digital Products
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is considered “used” after download or opening. All digital purchases on winsbooks.blog are not fully refundable or exchangeable.
You may be awarded a 50% refund or store credit only.
If you purchased the wrong ebook, contact us for an exchange. No refund will be issued for exchanges.

Delivery Policy
The following delivery terms apply to all orders placed through winsbooks.blog.
Digital Products
Delivered instantly via email download link upon successful payment. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it within 5 minutes. Contact winnies.books1@gmail.com if you have not received your download within 24 hours.
Physical Products
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping is 7–14 business days (US). International shipping may take 14–30 business days depending on location and customs processing.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at winnies.books1@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Win’s Books LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
