Hello everyone! How are you guys doing? I’m doing well, staying home and keeping myself busy. One way I am doing that is by cooking and baking. So I just wanted to share with you guys some of the things I’ve been making, along with my mother.

Hopefully this inspires some of you to get in the kitchen and make something yourself. And you’re welcome to leave a comment about what has been cooking in your kitchens as well.

This is me and my mother’s couscous. On the left is my version, which had a tomato based sauce with shredded chicken and bell peppers. On the right is my mother’s, with a white sauce, mini bell peppers and chicken chucks.
This is my jellof rice. It is a common west/central African dish. It is made with yellow rice, vegetables and a meat. I used beef chucks as my rice’s meat choices. The family liked it a lot . Usually I make it spicy but the level of spice is always up to who is eating/making it. It is an easy meal to make and can feed many people.

Don’t forget to check out my blog post on different ways of cooking and how to cook. It’s a great starter guide for anyone who is wanting to learn how to cook. Especially with everyone’s home, this is the best time to start work on improving your skills.

I won’t be blogging for two weeks because I have to focus on my upcoming College Final Exams. I hope you all understand. While I may not bee posting you are always welcome to read up on some other blog posts I’ve created in your spare time. Thank you!

Have a great weekend and remember, live, laugh, and love.
